Speakers
There are four different types of speakers at the 4QC. They all represent the top expertise of public administration.
The keynote speakers are high profile international experts from different parts of the world. At the plenary sessions they will share with the audience their knowledge and views regarding the conference themes.
The agora speakers include representatives of public sector organisations in EU member states and stakeholder organisations. The public sector representatives come from different sectors and levels of administration and exemplify the wide range of know how of public sector personnel. The speakers are specialists of e.g. leadership and management, service provision, customer satisfaction and performance measurement, e-government and human research management. The stakeholder representatives are from organisations that work in partnership with the public sector, represent public sector personnel and are high level experts in their own fields.
The Best Practice workshop presenters represent the national best practice organisations nominated by each EU member state as well as the EU-comission and Norway. They concentrate on sharing their experience and professional skills of organisational level quality management in a very practical manner.
The Scientific Rapporteurs are internationally recognized academics. They devote their expertise to analysing the whole content of the conference. The aim is to help all the actors involved to draw conclusions of which have been the main lessons learned during the conference and how we should proceed from here.
The conference organisers personally invite all the speakers. There will be no open call for papers.
