Short description of the case:
Experiences and results of process mapping progress of CAF model implementation. The aim of the project was to:
- Optimize the organization structure of ME SR
- Create process models and process maps for the follow-up application and implementation at process management
- To make an effective management process on the basic on the following principles:
* Transparency of processes
* Reduction of operational activities
* Open flow of information
* Reduction of inactive and duplicate activities
