Short description of the case:
This project is geared towards meeting the needs of a certain group of people - disabled persons , enabling them(deaf and dumb persons) to effectively call for help.The deaf are now able to contact the Police Duty Officer electronically or by telephone (SMS text message ‘call for help’ templates).
