Short description of the case:
We would like to demostrate for the conference participants how cooperation and partnership with other organisations as well as making use of unconventional methods contributes to the effective and flexible manner of notifying citizens of tax law regulations and in this way to the improvement in performing the statutory objectives of the Office. It is especially important in a country like Poland, where changes in tax law occur very frequently. Mostly we would like to minimise the number of errors committed by citizens while completing tax returns. We would like to raise the awareness and the level of willingness to voluntarily fulfil tax obligations as far as citizens are concerned.
