Short description of the case:
The main task of the Mobilitás Directorate of National Grants is managing the applications of the Ministry of Youth, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities in the themes of youth, drug prevention and elderly people. In order to complete the task we have initiated and developed an on-line application management system that enables our clients to submit their applications on the Internet and later on follow-up the whole process continuously and up-to-date. On the other hand, the system - through its intranet - is suitable for our colleagues to complete the different phases in the whole process. Due to the new on-line application system we had faced with several difficulties therefore we started to develop a new softwer in 2006..
