 Short description of the case:

Improving four core elements of social service through a common goal: unconditional focus on citizens needs. Vejle Countys center for short breaks has developed from a small institution serving 45 families, who had children at home with a variety of disabillities, to a larger and more differentiated help to around 400 families. This development is based on four important elements: 1. helping the families to stay together as long as they want to 2. cost-effectiveness 3. creating short-breaks or temporary stays for all clients, no matter their disabillity 4. a professional approach and exciting experiences in every stay at the center. Together these elements has been descibed as an unconditional approach to the citizen.
