Short description of the case:
How the experiences from the implementation of CAF are used to implement ISO 9000:2000 and therefore, based on the principles of quality management, the Dental Department develop clear and concise processes, clinical guidelines and information for patients which will, in turn, increase its operational efficiency and financial effectiveness and ensure the continuous promotion of a safe environment for patients and personnel.
