Short description of the case:

Quality concepts have now reached the field of education, including higher education. Therefore, our school has developed its own bottom-up quality system, to assess all stakeholders' satisfation level (students, teachers, principals, administration, partners, society, etc.). Inside the EDS study each student is given a series of questionnaires enquiring about his/her impression of different aspects of the school's way of functioning (subscription, mobility, placement, communication, lessons, and so on...). Groups of goodwill teachers then study the answers and suggest potential improvement to the organisation. After three years, that questioning has provided excellent improvement results.

Main feature of the case:

- The satisfaction of customers and citizens
